Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the For Us mobile application ("the app"), developed and published by an independent developer under the GlitGrace name. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Eligibility & age requirement

For Us contains romantic and intimate content (including the app's Dark Mode activities and Intimate Games) intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if higher, to use the app. By using For Us, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Using the app

• For Us is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.
• You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose — personal, non-commercial use between you and your partner.
• Features like Guess Me are designed for two consenting adults sharing a single device; content and rewards exchanged through the app are between you and your partner, and we have no visibility into or responsibility for what you privately agree to as a "stake" or reward.

Content you create

Any activities, ideas, answers, or lists you create inside the app are yours. They're stored on your device, and we don't claim ownership over them. You're responsible for backing up anything you'd be upset to lose if you uninstall the app or switch devices, since For Us does not currently sync content to the cloud.

Advertising

The app displays ads served through Google AdMob. We don't control the specific content of individual ads. If an ad seems inappropriate or broken, please let us know via the Contact page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app beyond what's permitted by applicable law.
• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functioning for other users.
• Use the app to harass, coerce, or pressure another person, including your partner.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose under the laws of your country.

No warranty

For Us is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by the law of your jurisdiction. We do our best to keep the app working smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Nothing in this section limits any warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded where you live (for example, statutory consumer guarantees in Australia, the EU, or the UK).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of For Us is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. This does not limit liability for anything that cannot legally be limited or excluded in your country, including certain consumer-protection rights.

Changes to the app or these Terms

We may update the app, add or remove features, or revise these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Significant changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date above.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any of its features at our discretion, subject to any notice period required by law in your region.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute not resolved informally may be brought before the courts of India. If you're a consumer located in the EU, UK, Australia, or another jurisdiction that guarantees you the right to rely on the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence, this section does not take away that protection.
